Alcoa shares fall sharply on UBS downgrade November 17th, 2008 SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — Alcoa Inc. was down 8% at $9.97 a share Monday, leading percentage decliners in the Dow Jones Industrial Average after UBS cut its investment recommendation on the aluminum giant to neutral from buy.
